I was recommended Simply Beach by a friend and found the items I ordered are excellent quality. I ordered several items and kept those which fitted and suited me. I am really impressed with the high quality and choice. The items I returned were where I had ordered 2 sizes of the same and they were refunded immediately. To have the option to try on at home is worth so much as there are so few shops with such a selection. I will definitely be back to Simply Beach.

Although to had to send suits back this was more to due with the styles I chose and my body type. The suits are well made but more importantly I love the no quibble returns (unlike sportsdirect) and the communication is excellent. Will definitely looking at site for beach outfit for.next holiday

Terrible customer service and absolute lack of understanding!
I bought a bikini set from Simply beach, which got weird black spots just after one use. I tried to return it and get a refund, unfortunately after their "investigation" they returned the bikini back to me stating that it is mold and I must have been left them wet which caused the mold. I am not a first time bikini user and I know how to care for my clothes and swimwear and the fault was definitely not in me.
Poor customer service, arrogant and careless management and apparently poor quality!
Avoid this company at all cost!

I bought A beautiful bikini but unfortunately my normal size didn’t actually fit me and there were no other sizes available. However the customer service was very good and my order was processed quite quickly for a refund after I sent the bikini back.

The swimsuits I’ve purchased are all of fantastic quality and look really stylish. They are very well made and seem quite durable. The fit is really great. The price point for some items may be a little high but when you see and try on the products you can understand why. I am overall really happy and will certainly be a returning customer.

Purchased 3 Bikini and one swimsuit for my wife in reasonably quick succession prior to going on holiday, We returned one the day of receipt and my account was credited with no hassle within a week.
Whilst on holiday my wife lost a gold clasp on one of the bikini tops ( entirely our fault ) and upon return fully expected to pay for its replacement bikini top but was extremely grateful and surprised to be offered a replacement clasp at no cost sent by return of post.
Now call me old fashioned but thats what I call good service. Well done Simply Beach.

I found the customer service to be shocking Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address when I contacted simply beach they told me to deal with Royal Mail to find my parcel. I advised this was not for me to do and requested a refund I never got a response. I will not use them again.

This is the first time I contacted Simply Beach, I needed advice about swimwear. I spoke to Abby who was able to answer all my questions and more. She was so friendly, helpful and professional but most of all had patience and understanding about my queries.
Excellent Customer Service well done Abby, I am looking forward to receiving my order.

Have bought things from Simply Beach before, with no problems. Bought 2 swimsuits, sent 1 back as it was not a good fit on me, and my money was reimbursed promptly. Kept the second one, but wasn't certain, then decided against it - by which time I'd deleted the record and thrown away the packaging. Dawn at the company found the order no and details for me and talked me through how to process it. Above & beyond normal service.
